Terms and Conditions of Sale


We, Gourmet Pilgrim Pty Ltd ACN 137 477 251, agree to supply our products to customers and our customers agree to purchase those products on the following terms:

  • We post on our site products available for purchase on-line, the cost of those products and the estimated time for delivery of those products from order.
  • Customers may order those products on-line.
  • Customers must pay for the products at the time of order by credit card facility only. If the credit card details supplied by the customer are not correct we will not process the order.
  • We will endeavour to supply the ordered products to the customer subject to availability within the estimated delivery time. If the products are not in stock we may not accept the order or payment for it and will notify customers by email of this.
  • If we cannot deliver the products to customers in the estimated time we will deliver the products to the customer as soon after order as we can. We will not accept any claim arising from late delivery of the products.
  • We will supply the products to the address nominated by customers. If the customer gives us an incorrect address we will not accept any claim for non-delivery of the products. If we send the products to an address other than the address nominated by the customer we will replace the products at our cost.
